Armed Dragon It will come out easily if you put out LV3 with Recruiter. His raw RBI isn't very high, but thanks to the effect of lowering his ATK from the opponent's monsters, it's actually 2800 RBI. That's a pretty high RBI for his age, and I hope the other 1900 RBI can match his Monarch and Nephthys.

It exerts an overall weakening effect, becomes stronger in combat, and itself functions as a real 2800 RBI.
However, the conditions up to that point are a little troublesome. Its raw RBI is not as high as 2300, and in this age of removal, the weakening effect alone doesn't have much of an impact.
As already said, use cards that can take advantage of weakening, such as Wan Fu

There is also a way to ignore the effect and simply connect lv7, but the performance has not changed much from lv7.
